At the same time, Dataloft has continued to grow the team further to accommodate a rise in demand for their expertise and to support their new product innovations.

The leadership team welcomes industry expert Sandra Jones as Director. She will be shaping Dataloft’s bespoke consultancy offer and has a particular interest in the drivers of demand, the future of living and the changing geography of cities. She has written about London’s property market trends for national newspapers including The Financial Times, as well as being a regular contributor to Estates Gazette. Sandra is also a research associate at Centre for London, an independent think tank, and at Future of London, a policy network focussed on urban regeneration, housing and economic development.

The team also welcomes a new Research Consultant, Julia Middleton. Julia has over 15 years experience and has worked in senior research roles in the UK and overseas for prominent real estate consultancies and investment firms such as Macquarie Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, Prudential M&G and Insignia Richard Ellis (now CBRE). Over the years she has worked for a wide range of clients and has a wealth of experience in advising institutional investors on research and strategy. She is also a member of the Investment Property Forum and an IPF diploma holder.
